Intensive Fascia Therapy Course (Holistic Fascia Release - Level 3) + optional NVQ3
This training is for people who want to work with the body in a deeper and more effective way: from understanding the fascial system to practical manual-therapy protocols and movement-based work. The course combines a holistic approach (body-breath-psychosomatics) with concrete tools for clinical and practice-based work.
Format: an intensive 7-day program in Spain (Murcia), with a strong focus on hands-on practice and delivering sessions in real conditions (including work on clients). The course concludes with a practical exam.

work with the 5 main myofascial chains
myofascial release techniques and fascial mobilization
trigger point therapy (MTrP) and work with myofascial pain
elements of self-therapy and psychosomatically-informed movement techniques
treatment strategies for the limbs, spine, ribcage/chest area, and posture/tension-related issues
Who it is for
For physiotherapists, massage therapists, manual therapists, trainers and movement instructors (e.g. yoga/Pilates), as well as for people who are just starting to build competence in therapeutic bodywork.
What issues it helps address (examples)
The program is designed, among other things, to work with conditions such as: carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, spine pain syndromes, sports overload/injuries, postural dysfunctions, tension-type headaches, and reduced mobility.
Certification
After completing the course, you receive the Holistic Fascia Release - Level 3 Diploma (practical). Additionally, there is an option to extend it with an international NVQ3 diploma via an online theory module prepared in cooperation with ThinkTree Hub International (extra fee: GBP 400).
