It is a private library of guided meditations designed for people who want a simple way to support their nervous system, reduce tension, and cultivate a greater sense of presence in everyday life.
You can practice at your own pace, whenever you need it most.
The library is available through a monthly subscription, which you can cancel at any time.

How does access work?
“Return to the Body” is available as a monthly subscription.
After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to the entire meditation library and all currently available materials.
The subscription renews automatically every 30 days, allowing you to use the library for as long as you need it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and stop using the service without any additional commitments. Your access to the library will end when the current billing period expires.
As part of your subscription, you can listen to all available meditations as many times as you wish, at your own pace and whenever you need them most.
In the future, the library may be expanded with new recordings and materials available to active subscribers.
Do you need more personalised support?
For some people, the meditation library provides all the support they need.
However, if you feel that you need deeper work or a more individual approach, you can also book one-to-one sessions with Joanna Klimek.
The “Return to the Body” library can be used either as a standalone practice or as a complement to an individual therapeutic process.
