Guided Meditation 1:1
Individual session of work with body, breath and mindfulness
What is this session?
Guided meditation 1:1 is an individual meeting during which, through voice, mindfulness and breath work, a safe space is created for deepened contact with the body and inner processes.
The session is created in real time — in response to the current state, needs and possibilities of the participant. It is not a ready-made meditation or a repeatable scheme, but a process tailored to a specific moment.
Who is this session for?
The session can be supportive if you:
- experience tension, overload or chronic stress
- have difficulty calming down and relaxing the body
- want to deepen contact with yourself and your mindfulness

No prior meditation experience is required.
How does the session look?
The meeting takes place online (Zoom) and lasts 60 minutes.
The session includes:
- a short introduction and setting the intention
- guided meditation — work with breath, body sensations and voice

The pace and depth of the process are adjusted each time to the participant.
After the session, it is possible to share a recording of the meditation from the session with temporary access (up to 7 days), to support the integration of the process.

Working in regularity and deepening the process
What is the package?
The package of 5 sessions is a proposition for people who want to work regularly and give themselves time to gradually deepen contact with the body, mindfulness and inner processes.

The package may be suitable if you:
- want to introduce a regular mindfulness practice

- meetings take place at an agreed rhythm (e.g. every 1-2 weeks)
