ADVANCE HFR
A 7-Day Transformational Retreat for Mature Therapists
ADVANCE HFR is the most advanced, selective and mentoring-level stage of the Holistic Fascia Release path, created by Klimek Academy. This is not a regular course. It is a 7-day immersive retreat in Spain, organised only when the group is ready. It does not run every year. And it is not open to everyone.
Who is ADVANCE for?
ADVANCE is designed exclusively for experienced, UpDated HFR therapists who:
- are already working independently with clients,
- feel that technique alone is no longer enough,
- are ready to deepen their clarity, embodiment and therapeutic maturity,
- are open to personal transformation, not only professional development.
This course is for therapists who no longer ask "What technique should I add?" but instead ask: "How do I become a therapist through whom the process truly flows?"
The nature of the course
ADVANCE is held in a retreat format – deep, intensive, embodied and highly precise.
We work on:
opening and restoring energetic flow in the body and in life
deepening the understanding of HFR as a living technology
recognising how everything connects with everything: fascia, nervous system, emotions, voice, presence and relationship
Here, the method stops being a set of tools and becomes a coherent, embodied language of work with a human being.
New dimensions of work
During ADVANCE we introduce and integrate:
🔹 Advanced bodywork techniques
- – advanced work with upper limbs, hands and feet
- – refined techniques for the head and oral cavity
🔹 Voice and sound work
- – vocal and sound stimulation
- – chanting as a regulatory, integrative and communicative tool
🔹 Self-mobilisation and integration
- – an expanded repertoire of fascial self-mobilisation, responding directly to what therapists ask for in real clinical practice
The course brings clarity to the whole system: body – fascia – nervous system – emotions – relationship – therapist presence.
Team process & therapeutic awareness
ADVANCE is also about:
working within a team of therapists
developing communication, feedback and relational awareness
refining therapeutic sensitivity – when to guide, when to step back, when to let the process unfold
learning to read subtle signals in the body, the client and the therapeutic field
Entry requirements – a selective process
ADVANCE is not an open-enrolment course.
To apply, participants must submit:
A written description of 10 complete client cycles (full therapeutic processes from first to final session).
This is not a formality. It is part of the selection process and reflects the level of maturity required for this work.
